It is the policy of Build IT (UK) Ltd to implement, maintain and continually improve a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and to this end we will ensure that our clients’ requirements, together with any related statutory and regulatory requirements are fully understood and made known throughout the Company.
We will provide the resources necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the system and to achieve our quality objectives, which will be defined. Resources will include competent suppliers, a fully trained and experienced workforce with adequate facilities including modern plant, equipment, tools and transport.
The Company recognises the contribution made by all members of our workforce towards the achievement of customer satisfaction and will therefore ensure that all personnel are made aware of this quality policy, our quality objectives and their individual responsibilities under the quality management system.
The processes of the quality management system will be regularly audited to confirm compliance with planned arrangements and the results will be reported to Company management for corrective or preventive action when necessary.
The Build IT (UK) Ltd Management Team will periodically review the quality objectives and the performance of the quality management system to ensure that they continue to achieve requirements. The Company recognises this review as an important process in our mission to achieve continual improvement, client satisfaction and ultimately the prosperity of both the Company and our workforce
